Features: Requires strict sealing to prevent leakage, usually using conical surface sealing or O-ring sealing, compatible with the chemical properties of the special lubricating oil for air compressors.

Common forms: Socket-type joints, flange connectors (for large units), expansion-type joints, etc.

Electrical connectors

Function: Transmits electrical signals or power, such as the connection between the control system and sensors (pressure, temperature), motor junction boxes, and solenoid valves. Type:

Circular connectors (such as M12, M16): Used for sensor signal transmission, with waterproof and dustproof capabilities (IP65/IP67).

Terminal blocks, plugs and sockets: Used for power connections within motors and control cabinets, some with locking structures to prevent detachment.

Features: Resistant to vibration, anti-electromagnetic interference, adaptable to temperature and humidity changes in industrial environments.

Mechanical structure connectors

Application: Mechanical connection of equipment components, such as the fixed connection between the main unit cover and the housing, and the cooling device and the frame.

Form: Bolt groups, flange connectors, locating pins, etc., to ensure component assembly accuracy and structural stability.

Precise adaptation: Designed based on the specific model (such as GA series, G series, etc.) of pipeline dimensions, pressure ratings and interface standards to ensure connection sealing and compatibility.

Pneumatic / hydraulic connectors use corrosion-resistant materials (such as 316 stainless steel for humid environments) to prevent water vapor or lubricating oil corrosion in compressed air.

Electrical connectors use temperature-resistant flame-retardant materials to meet industrial safety standards.
