Protecting the main unit: By filtering impurities, it prevents them from entering the precision components such as the rotor and bearings of the main unit, reducing wear and jamming risks.

Maintaining oil quality: Delaying the aging speed of the lubricating oil, avoiding oil emulsification, acidification or abnormal viscosity caused by impurities.

Ensuring system pressure: The resistance of the filter element is stable, and it will not cause pressure loss in the oil passage due to rapid blockage, ensuring adequate lubrication.

Filter element clogging, triggering the opening of the bypass valve, and unfiltered oil directly entering the system.

Installation and maintenance precautions

Installation guidelines:

Before replacement, stop the machine and release the system pressure. Wait for the oil temperature to drop (to avoid burns).

Use specialized tools to remove the old filter element, clean the internal residues of the filter housing.

The sealing ring of the new filter element needs to be coated with a layer of clean compression oil (to prevent dry friction damage during installation), and be tightened according to the specified torque (usually 25-35 N·m, refer to the specific model manual).

Synchronous operation:

It is recommended to perform the oil change operation for the 4000-hour maintenance of the air compressor simultaneously, to completely update the oil passage.

After replacement, start the equipment, check if there is any leakage around the filter, and confirm the tightening status after running for 10-15 minutes.
