The filter element's filter bed consists of a pre-filter layer, ultra-fine fiber layer, support layer, filtration layer, and gravity settling layer, etc., enabling all solid particles larger than 3μm in the compressed air output to be completely filtered out. The dissolved substances of approximately 0.01-1μm in oil, water, and gas pass through the filter element and are condensed into larger oil droplets, accumulating at the bottom of the filter element, and then are returned to the lubrication system through the return oil pipe by capillary action, thus making the compressed air discharged by the compressor cleaner and oil-free.
