Common Forms and Adaptations
Spin-on: Compact structure, easy to replace. Widely used in GA, GX, XR and other series.
Cartridge: Integrated into the oil circuit board / filter seat. Requires special tools for disassembly and assembly.
Kit: Includes the filter body and sealing ring. Ensures sealing performance.
Replacement Cycle and Trigger
Regular Cycle: Approximately every 2000 - 4000 hours or annually (depending on the model and operating conditions); whichever comes first.
High Temperature / High Dust / High Humidity Conditions: Shortened to 1000 - 2000 hours or more frequent.
Pressure Difference / Indicator Light: If the system provides pressure difference indication or panel prompt, replace according to the prompt.
Replacement Steps (General)
After warming up, shut down and relieve pressure; loosen the oil filler cap to ventilate.
Open the filter seat drain plug, drain the old oil.
Use special tools to remove the old filter, clean the seat surface.
Apply a small amount of new oil to the sealing surface of the new filter, screw it in until the gasket is flush, then screw another 1/2 turn; do not over-tighten.
Close the drain plug, add new oil to the upper limit green zone.
Start the machine without load for several minutes, stop and check the oil level after resting, and top it up to the upper limit green zone.
Reset Maintenance Reminder (operated in Elektronikon and other controllers according to the model).
