Main types and functions
Air Filter Kit
Composition: Includes air filter element, sealing gasket (for some models, it also includes pre-filter).
Function: Filters dust and particles in the atmosphere entering the air compressor (filtering accuracy usually ≤ 1μm), prevents impurities from entering the main unit and wearing out the rotor and bearings.
Compatibility: Installed at the front end of the intake valve. The filter element size and filtration area of different models (such as GA, GX series) vary, and the kit needs to match the specific power model.
Oil Filter Kit
Composition: Oil filter element, installation sealing ring (O-ring), oil drain gasket (for some kits).
Function: Filters metal debris, carbon compounds, etc. in the lubricating oil (filtering accuracy ≤ 10μm), protects the main unit, bearings, and other lubrication parts.
Replacement cycle: Under normal operating conditions, 4000~6000 hours. In harsh environments, the cycle needs to be shortened. The kit design is matched with this maintenance cycle.
Oil Separator Kit
Composition: Oil separator filter element, upper and lower end sealing gaskets, return oil one-way valve (for some models).
Function: Separates lubricating oil in the compressed air (separation efficiency over 99.99%, residual oil rate ≤ 3ppm), ensures the output compressed air is clean.
Features: The filter element uses high-precision glass fiber material. The sealing components of the kit ensure the airtightness of the separation tank and prevent un-separated oil and gas from directly being discharged.
Post-Filter Kit
Composition: Precision filter element (such as dust, oil, water removal filter elements), sealing components.
Function: Further purifies the compressed air to meet the high-precision requirements of downstream equipment (such as food, electronics industries), divided into A grade (dust removal), C grade (oil removal), T grade (water removal), etc.

Material guarantee:
Filter paper uses high-strength composite material, resistant to temperature and oil, with stable filtration efficiency (such as the gradient design of the glass fiber layer of the oil separator filter element).
Sealing components are oil-resistant and temperature-resistant rubber (such as nitrile rubber, fluorine rubber), suitable for system pressure and temperature environment.
Performance compliance: Tested by Atlas Copco strictly to ensure that the filtering efficiency, dust capacity, resistance, etc. parameters meet the equipment design standards, avoiding damage to the main unit or non-compliant compressed air quality due to filter failure.
