Filter Element Categories

Air Filter Element: Used to filter dust, particles and other impurities in the air entering the air compressor, ensuring clean air and preventing it from entering the internal components of the air compressor to cause wear. Generally, it needs to be replaced every 1000 - 1500 hours. In dusty environments such as mines and ceramic factories, it is recommended to replace it every 500 hours.

Oil Filter Element: Can filter impurity particles in the lubricating oil, maintaining the cleanliness of the lubricating oil and preventing impurities from entering bearings, gears and other components, reducing wear. New machines must be replaced after the first 300 - 500 hours of operation. The second replacement is at 2000 hours. After that, it should be replaced every 2000 hours. In harsh environments, the replacement cycle should be shortened.

Oil-Gas Separator Filter Element: Can separate the oil-gas mixture in the oil-gas tank into oil and air, reducing the oil content in the compressed air. Under normal operation, its service life is approximately 2000 hours. When the pressure difference between the two ends of the separator exceeds 0.12MPa, it must be replaced.

Lubrication and Sealing Categories

Lubricating Oil: It serves the functions of cooling, lubrication, and sealing within the air compressor. Different types and models of air compressors require the use of corresponding specialized lubricating oil. New machines should have new oil replaced after 500 hours of initial operation, and then once every 4,000 hours. Machines with annual operation time less than 4,000 hours should have the oil replaced annually.

Sealing Components: Include various sealing rings, sealing gaskets, etc., used to prevent the leakage of lubricating oil and compressed air. Common examples include the sealing ring of the oil filter housing, the gasket of the oil-gas separator end cover, etc. The materials are mostly oil-resistant nitrile rubber or fluororubber.
