Optimizing intake efficiency
High-quality air filters can not only efficiently filter but also reduce intake resistance, ensuring that the compressor inhales sufficient clean air, maintaining normal exhaust volume and working efficiency. Working principle
The air filter achieves filtration through the physical interception, adsorption or inertial separation effects of multiple layers of filtering materials:
Interception effect: Large particles in the air are directly blocked by the surface of the filtering material.
Inertial effect: As the airflow passes through the filter material, it changes direction. Larger particles deviate from the airflow direction due to inertia and are captured by the filter material.
Diffusion effect: Micro-particles (such as sub-micron dust) move randomly in the airflow and are adsorbed after colliding with the filter material fibers.
Adsorption effect: Some filter materials (such as filter cores containing activated carbon) can adsorb water vapor, oil vapor or odors in the air.
