3. Maintenance and Replacement Key Points

Regular Inspection:

Monitor the pump body temperature, vibration, and noise. Abnormal increases may indicate gear wear or bearing failure.

Check the hydraulic oil level, oil quality (whether it is emulsified, contaminated, or aged), and replace the hydraulic oil in a timely manner according to specifications (usually anti-wear hydraulic oil, such as ISO VG 46).

Clean or replace the hydraulic oil filter to prevent impurities from entering the pump and exacerbating wear.

Replacement Guidelines:

Prioritize the use of Atlas Copco original gear hydraulic pumps to ensure compatibility with the hydraulic system parameters of the compressor model (such as GA, GR, ZR series), including pressure rating, flow specification, interface size, etc.

During replacement, thoroughly clean the hydraulic circuit to avoid contamination of the new pump by residual impurities, and simultaneously check the seals (such as O-rings) and replace them to prevent oil leakage.

After installation, perform an Exhaust operation to avoid cavitation damage to the pump body.
