I. Working Principle The safety valve is designed based on the principle of force balance. It mainly consists of a valve seat, a valve core, a spring, and a regulating mechanism. Emission pressure: The pressure when the valve reaches its maximum opening height, generally ≤ 1.1 times the opening pressure. Return seat pressure: The pressure when the valve is closed, usually 10% to 15% lower than the opening pressure. Sealing pressure: The maximum pressure at which the valve maintains sealing, generally 90% of the opening pressure.

Maintenance and Replacement Precautions Fault Diagnosis: If the air compressor shows abnormal oil temperature (either too high or too low), or if the cooling system load is abnormal, it may be caused by the jamming of the constant temperature valve, the failure of the temperature sensing element, or poor valve core sealing. Such issues should be promptly checked. Model Matching: The constant temperature valves of different models of air compressors have differences in interface size, set temperature, and flow parameters. It is necessary to select the original factory-compatible model to avoid affecting the temperature control accuracy due to incompatible specifications.
