Main functions and features
Precise control: Through electromagnetic signals, the valve state (open/close) can be rapidly switched to achieve precise regulation of lubricant supply, gas flow, etc., ensuring that the compressor operates stably according to the set program.
Adaptability to working conditions: Made of materials resistant to oil, high temperature, and corrosion (such as brass valve body, special seals, etc.), it can adapt to the oil mist, high temperature (usually -10℃ to 120℃) and certain pressure environment inside the compressor.
Quick response: After the electromagnetic coil is energized, it can act quickly (usually in milliseconds), ensuring timely response during compressor loading and unloading and other switching conditions, reducing energy loss.
High reliability: Compact structure design and excellent sealing performance can effectively prevent oil or gas leakage, reducing the failure rate.
Common application scenarios
Fuel injection control: Control the injection volume and timing of lubricating oil to the screw main unit to ensure adequate lubrication and cooling of the main unit.
Unloading / Loading control: By controlling the opening and closing of the gas path, the compressor can be switched between loading (starting gas production) and unloading (stopping gas production but maintaining operation).
Blow-off control: When the compressor is shut down or unloaded, control the blow-off valve to open, release the residual pressure in the system, protect the equipment and facilitate startup next time.
