Control the lubricating oil temperature within 80-95℃ (to avoid oil deterioration or emulsification).

Reduce the temperature of compressed air (air-cooled models usually lower the exhaust temperature to the ambient temperature + 10-15℃).

Ensure that the main unit, motor and other components operate within a reasonable temperature range, extending the equipment lifespan.

Replacement timing and maintenance suggestions

Replacement signals:

Continuous high oil temperature / exhaust temperature (more than the normal range by 5℃ or more), and no improvement after cleaning.

Leakage of the cooler core (oil / water mixture, compressed air with oil or water leakage).

Severe blockage, deformation or corrosion of the heat sink (for air-cooled models), unable to restore performance through cleaning.

Equipment operation exceeds 10 years or the cooling efficiency drops by more than 30% (confirmed through professional testing).
