Performance Parameters: Parameters such as processing flow and filtration accuracy match the rated operating conditions of the compressor, for example, the separation efficiency of the oil-gas separator filter usually reaches over 99.9%, ensuring that the compressed air contains less than 3ppm oil content (specifically as per product specifications).
Replacement and Maintenance
Replacement Cycle: It is recommended to replace the entire filtration kit according to the operating time of the compressor (usually the air filter every 1000-2000 hours, the oil filter every 2000-4000 hours, and the oil-gas separator every 4000-8000 hours, depending on the actual working conditions), to ensure the filtration effect.
