Atlas Copco Air Compressor Parts 1622001710 Metal Oil Return Pipe
Material and structural characteristics
The original factory metal return oil pipes are usually made of corrosion-resistant and high-strength metal materials (such as copper, stainless steel or galvanized steel pipes), featuring the following characteristics:
Pressure and temperature resistance: They can withstand the pressure (usually 3-10 bar) and temperature (80-120℃) during the lubricating oil circulation, and are unlikely to deform or rupture due to pressure fluctuations or high temperatures;
Sealing design: The interface at both ends of the pipeline is mostly in precise threads or flange structure, combined with sealing gaskets or O-rings, to ensure a tight connection with the oil separator, main unit and other components, without oil leakage;
High forming accuracy: The bending angle and length of the pipeline are designed according to the internal space of the air compressor, which can perfectly fit the installation path, avoid interference with other components, and reduce vibration and wear.
Functions and importance
The metal return oil pipe is the "return channel" of the lubricating oil circulation system. Its main functions include:
Transporting the clean lubricating oil separated from the oil separator back to the rotor meshing area and bearings of the main unit to ensure continuous lubrication;
Some return oil pipes may be equipped with one-way valves or throttling elements to prevent oil backflow during shutdown or control the return oil flow;
The rigid structure of the metal material can reduce pipeline vibration, lower operating noise, and avoid poor return oil due to pipeline deformation.
Key points for model matching
The specifications of the metal return oil pipe are closely related to the model of the air compressor and the design of the lubrication system. Different series (such as GA, ZR, G, etc.) and power models of the air compressor have significant differences in pipeline diameter, length, and interface type. When purchasing, please provide:
The specific model of the air compressor (such as GA30, GA75VSD+), and the factory serial number;
The installation position of the return oil pipe (such as from the oil separator to the main unit, from the oil-gas tank to the oil pump, etc.);
The part number of the old oil pipe (usually marked on the pipeline or interface) and the interface specifications (such as thread type, pipe diameter size).
