Replacement and Maintenance Precautions

When replacing, only Atlas Copco original parts must be used to ensure that the dimensions and accuracy of this part match those of other components in the transmission system (such as mating gears, bearings, and bushings), avoiding secondary damage due to incompatibility of tolerances.
Installation Requirements:
Carried out by professional technicians to ensure accurate axial and radial positioning of the gears during installation, and that the meshing clearance meets technical standards (usually measured with a feeler gauge or a micrometer).
Clean the mating surfaces before installation, inspect for any damage to the shaft diameter, keyways, etc., and if necessary, perform repairs.
Tighten the fixing bolts according to the specified torque to prevent loosening and vibration.
