Original Atlas Copco 9093003301 air compressor REDUCER PRESSURE
Pressure Regulator in Atlas Copco Air Compressor System 1. Pressure Adjustment Range
The pressure adjustment range of the Atlas Copco pressure regulator typically depends on the model. Common ranges are:
Minimum adjustment pressure: Generally, it is 0.5 bar (approximately 7 psi)
Maximum adjustment pressure: Depending on the model, it can reach 10 bar, 16 bar, or even higher (specifically as indicated on the product label)
In practical applications, the output pressure of the pressure regulator must be lower than the input pressure (usually by 0.5 to 1 bar or more to ensure stable pressure), and it must not exceed the maximum allowable working pressure of the equipment.
2. Adjustment Method
Manual Adjustment: Adjusted by turning a knob or using a bolt. Clockwise rotation usually increases the output pressure, while counterclockwise rotation decreases it. After adjustment, it is necessary to lock to prevent accidental operation.
Pressure Monitoring with Pressure Gauge: Most pressure regulators are equipped with inlet and outlet pressure gauges, allowing for direct observation of the pressure value and ensuring the pressure is adjusted to the target pressure (such as 5 to 7 bar for pneumatic tools, and 3 to 5 bar for instrument air).
