Differences from Other Kits
Preventive Maintenance Kit (PM Kit): mainly consists of filters and lubricating oil, replaced according to operating hours / cycles.
Overhaul Kit (Overhaul Kit): includes key components of the main unit and bearing assemblies, used for deep maintenance.
Wear Kit: focuses on easily worn small components, combined with PM or overhaul to reduce rework due to missing parts and downtime.
Selection and Ordering Tips
Provide "Model + Serial Number" to check the part number and list in the service manual or Elektronikon system, avoiding cross-platform misuse.
Pay attention to whether it contains installation parts and sealing parts; some models require O-rings / gaskets.
Set the cycle based on the working conditions: in high dust / high humidity / heavy load conditions, the replacement can be advanced to 3500 - 4000 hours.
