Working Principle and Structure
The electronic drainage valve is mainly composed of an electromagnetic valve, a timing controller (or liquid level sensor), a valve body, and a drainage outlet. There are two common control methods:
Timed control: It automatically drains water based on a preset period (such as 1-60 seconds on, 1-45 minutes off), suitable for scenarios with stable condensation water volume;
Liquid level sensing: When the water level reaches the set level, the sensor triggers the valve to drain water, and it automatically closes after the water is drained, being more energy-efficient and thorough.
The core is to control the action of the electromagnetic valve through electronic signals, achieving unmanned automatic drainage, replacing traditional manual drainage valves, and reducing labor maintenance costs.

Versatile compatibility: Interface sizes (such as G1/4, G3/8) match the drainage outlets of air compressor storage tanks and filters completely, and installation does not require additional modifications.

Selection should be based on the air compressor model, installation location, and drainage requirements:
Different series (such as GA, GHS, ZR) of air compressors may be compatible with different models. For example, mini-type drainage valves are commonly used for small machines, while large-flow models are required for large machines;
It is necessary to confirm the working voltage (commonly 24V DC, 220V AC), which should match the air compressor control system;
Providing old valve part numbers (such as 1622024800), installation location (storage tank / filter), and air compressor factory serial number can precisely match.
