Electronic proportional regulating valve: In variable frequency models, it is linked with the control system and adjusts the opening degree in real time based on the pressure signal, achieving precise pressure control (error ±0.1 bar).

Durable design: The valve core uses wear-resistant alloy or Teflon coating, and the sealing parts are resistant to oil and temperature (-20~120℃), capable of withstanding 16-25 bar working pressure, with a service life of over 8,000 hours.

Energy-saving features: Optimized flow channel design, with pressure loss ≤0.2 bar, reducing energy consumption by 3-5% compared to ordinary valves.

Safety protection: Built-in overload protection structure to avoid system overpressure or undervoltage caused by jamming.

Core parameters for model matching:

Selection depends on the air compressor series, power, and control method. For example:

GA series constant frequency machines mostly use mechanical intake regulating valves, while VSD variable frequency machines commonly use electronic proportional valves;

Small power models (such as GA5-15) have different valve diameters and drive methods from large power models (such as GA75-160).

When purchasing, provide:

Full model name (such as GA30VSD+ FF) and factory serial number;

Installation position of the regulating valve (intake end / oil-gas tank outlet);

Old valve part number (such as 1092004400) and control method (mechanical / electronic).

Common problems and solutions:

Stuck or leakage: Leading to unstable pressure and increased energy consumption, require disassembly and cleaning or direct replacement (it is recommended to replace the entire set to avoid matching problems between new and old components).
