Inlet Pipes
Used to introduce external cold air into the air compressor cooling system (such as radiators, cooling fan areas), they are typically made of corrosion-resistant and moderately strong materials (such as galvanized steel, PVC, or aluminum alloy), with pipe diameters designed according to the cooling requirements of the unit to ensure sufficient air intake and prevent equipment overheating due to insufficient air intake.
Exhaust Pipes
Responsible for discharging the hot air generated during compressor operation (such as the hot air after passing through the radiator) to the outside or areas away from the unit, reducing the impact of rising environmental temperature in the machine room on the equipment. Some exhaust pipes are equipped with insulation layers to reduce the secondary transfer of heat to the machine room and improve the heat dissipation efficiency.
Flexible Connection Pipes
Used for connecting the ventilation pipes to the equipment interfaces or pipe bends, they are usually made of temperature-resistant and wear-resistant canvas or rubber materials, with certain flexibility, which can absorb the displacement caused by equipment vibration, reduce the rigid friction between the pipe and the equipment, and facilitate installation and adjustment.
Pipe Joints and Accessories
Including elbows, tees, flanges, clamps, etc., used for turning, branch connection, and fixation of the pipes to ensure the sealing and stability of the ventilation system and reduce air loss. Some accessories are equipped with sealing gaskets to enhance the sealing at the connection points.
