Precise pressure control: Through the built-in pressure sensing elements (such as diaphragms or pistons), it can sense changes in system pressure and automatically adjust the valve opening to stabilize the system pressure within the set range (the specific adjustment range should refer to the product parameters), avoiding excessive pressure fluctuations that may affect the operation of downstream equipment.
Load / Unload Switching: In the air compressor system, it can be coordinated with the control system to achieve the switching between the loading (intake and gas supply) and unloading (stop intake or venting) states of the main unit. When the system pressure reaches the upper limit, it triggers unloading, and when the pressure drops to the lower limit, it resumes loading to ensure efficient system operation.
Compact and durable structure: Made of materials such as brass or engineering plastics that are resistant to high pressure and corrosion, and the internal sealing components (such as O-rings, valve seats) are made of materials resistant to oil and temperature, adapting to the working conditions of the compressed air system and extending service life.
Installation compatibility: It is designed with standard threaded interfaces (such as G threads or NPT threads), facilitating connection with air compressor main units, air storage tanks, or pipeline systems, and compatible with the corresponding medium-sized air compressor models of the CD series.
