Replacement and Maintenance Tips
Replacement Cycle: It is generally recommended to replace the filter every 1,000-2,000 hours or every 6 months (whichever comes first). If the operating environment is harsh (such as high dust, high temperature), the replacement cycle should be shortened.
Replacement Procedure:
Before replacement, the machine should be shut down and depressurized. Wait for the oil to cool down before operating. Avoid scalding from hot oil.
When removing the old filter, collect the residual oil; before installing the new filter, check if the sealing ring is intact. A small amount of clean lubricating oil can be applied to the sealing ring to enhance the sealing performance.
Tighten according to the specified torque to avoid over-tightening and damaging the filter seat or under-tightening and causing leakage.
Post-replacement Inspection: After starting the machine, observe if there is any leakage around the filter seat. During the initial operation, pay attention to the oil filter pressure difference gauge (if available) to confirm normal operation.
