Original 3002619060 Atlas Copco Parts Air Compressor Oil Filter Service Kit

Atlas Copco Air Compressor Oil Filter Kit Service Set

I. Composition and Function

Core Components: Usually include the original factory oil filter (filter element), seals (such as O-rings, gaskets), bypass valve assembly (for some models), and dedicated installation instructions. Some high-end kits may come with oil-soil cleaning cloths or dedicated disassembly tools.

Overall Function: By replacing the filter element and seals, it removes metal debris, oil sludge, carbon particles, etc. from the lubricating oil, restores the filtration efficiency, and solves the leakage隐患 caused by aging seals, ensuring the sealing and filtration effect of the lubrication system.

II. Compatibility Characteristics

Customized for the lubrication system parameters (flow rate, pressure, filter element specifications) of different series of air compressors (such as GA, ZR, ZT, PDp, etc.), ensuring complete matching with the model. For example, the oil filter service kits for GA series screw compressors and ZR series oil-free compressors may have differences in filter element size and seal material.

Filter Element: Uses efficient filtering materials (such as glass fiber composite filter paper), with a filtration accuracy of 10-20 μm, effectively intercepting tiny impurities; Seals: Selects oil-resistant, high-temperature-resistant rubber, suitable for long-term immersion in lubricating oil.

III. Replacement Cycle and Scenarios

Regular Maintenance: It is recommended to replace along with the lubricating oil of the air compressor, with a cycle typically ranging from 2000 to 4000 hours (specifically as per the equipment manual), ensuring that the filtration performance matches that of new oil.

Fault Replacement: When the oil pressure is abnormal (too low), the filter element alarm (pressure difference exceeds 0.2 MPa), or there is a significant increase in impurities in the lubricating oil, the entire service component set should be replaced immediately.

IV. Replacement Operation Points

Preparations:

Shut down and disconnect power supply, release the oil pressure in the oil circuit, wait for the unit to cool to normal temperature.

Prepare an oil collection container and place it below the oil filter to avoid oil leakage during the replacement process.

Replacement Steps:

Use a wrench to remove the old oil filter, and pour the residual oil into the container.

Clean the sealing surface of the filter base, check for scratches or impurities (if necessary, wipe with a clean cloth).

Remove the new filter element from the kit, apply a small amount of new lubricating oil on the sealing ring (to enhance sealing performance).

Tighten the new filter element with the specified torque (usually 25-35 N·m) to ensure a secure seal (do not use tools to forcefully tighten to avoid damage).

Replace the sealing gasket or O-ring on the base (included in the kit), ensuring reliable sealing at all connection points.

Post-Installation Check:

Add new lubricating oil to the specified level, start the unit and run for 5-10 minutes.

Check for oil leakage at the connection points of the filter and base, and observe if the oil pressure returns to the normal range.
