Core Components: Typically include the check valve body, seals (such as O-rings, valve seats), springs, installation accessories (bolts, gaskets, etc.), and some models may incorporate pressure sensing or buffering structures.
Check Valve Function: Through a one-way flow design, it only allows compressed air to flow from the compressor outlet to the downstream system. It automatically closes when the compressor stops or the pressure drops suddenly to prevent reverse airflow from impacting the main unit and protecting the rotor, motor, and other core components.
Adaptation Characteristics
Oil-free Environment Adaptation: For the operating conditions of oil-free compressors (with clean, oil-free air as the medium and some models operating at higher temperatures), the valve body and internal components are made of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials (such as stainless steel, engineering plastics, etc.), and the seals are mostly food-grade or medical-grade rubber (such as EPDM, PTFE), avoiding contamination of the compressed air.
Model Compatibility: Mainly compatible with oil-free series compressors (such as ZR, ZA, SF series), different models of the kit correspond to different discharge volumes and pressure grades of the models (such as small oil-free vortex machines or large oil-free screw machines), and the selection needs to be based on the rated discharge pressure of the compressor (usually 7-13 bar) and interface size (such as DN15-DN50).

Low Resistance Design: Ensures smooth flow of compressed air, reduces pressure loss, and maintains the efficiency of the compressor.
Fast Response: The valve flap operates sensitively and can quickly close when the pressure changes, preventing reverse flow impact.
