Structural Features: The linear winding design gives it a large filtration area and pollutant-carrying capacity, allowing it to maintain filtration efficiency while reducing pressure drop caused by blockage and extending the replacement cycle.

II. Compatibility and Application Scenarios

Exclusive Adaptation: The filter element model 2901208012 is specifically designed for the PDp25 + type compressor, matching its intake system or oil circuit system's flow and pressure parameters to ensure that the filtering effect is consistent with the operating requirements of the unit.

Application Location: It may be used for pre-treatment of the intake air (such as a front air filter) or lubricating oil circuit filtering. III. Replacement and Maintenance Tips

Replacement Cycle: Under normal operating conditions, it is recommended to replace the filter element every 1500-2000 hours; if the dust concentration in the environment is high and the oil contamination is fast, the replacement interval should be shortened. When the pressure difference between the front and rear of the filter element exceeds 0.1 MPa, it should be replaced immediately.

Replacement Steps:

Stop the machine and release the system pressure, cut off the power supply, and ensure safety during operation.

Locate the filter element installation housing, unscrew the end cover or latch, and remove the old filter element.

Clean the internal residues of the housing, and check if the sealing surface is intact.

When installing the new filter element, ensure that the sealing gasket is intact and correctly positioned, and tighten the end cover with the specified torque.
