Original 1621055680 New Air Compressor Spare Parts Valve Housing for ATLAS COPCO Air Compressor

1. Function and structural features

Valve protection and fixation: The valve housing serves as the installation carrier for the valve, providing a stable installation position for core control components such as the intake valve and the relief valve, preventing the valve from loosening or being damaged due to vibration or pressure fluctuations.

Air flow guidance: The internal flow channels have been optimized for design, enabling efficient circulation of compressed air or controlled air flow (such as servo air), reducing resistance loss and improving the efficiency of the compressor.

Pressure tolerance: Made of high-strength cast iron or aluminum alloy (selected based on the pressure rating of the model), it can withstand alternating high and low pressure conditions during compressor operation (typically tolerating 0-1.6 MPa or higher pressure).

Sealing integration: The connection surfaces of the valve housing are designed with sealing grooves or sealing surfaces, combined with sealing rings, to prevent air leakage and pressure loss or efficiency decline.

2. Commonly compatible models and scenarios

The specifications and structures of the valve housings vary depending on the type of compressor, mainly suitable for:

Liner compressors (such as GA, GX series): Corresponding to intake valve housings, minimum pressure valve housings, etc., controlling the intake volume and system pressure.

Piston compressors: For the installation of intake and exhaust valves in cylinders, capable of withstanding periodic high-pressure gas impacts.

Mobile compressors (such as XAS series): Adopting a more compact valve housing design, suitable for vibration and space limitations in mobile conditions.

Different models of compressors (such as GA37, GX11, etc.) have different valve housing sizes, interface specifications (such as flange size, bolt hole positions), and require strict matching with the models.

3. Replacement and maintenance points

Replacement timing: When the valve housing shows cracks, deformation, wear of the sealing surface (resulting in air leakage) or internal flow channel blockage, it must be replaced in time; otherwise, it will cause abnormal compressor pressure, increased energy consumption, or even shutdown.

Original factory parts preferred: It is recommended to use Atlas Copco original valve housings, whose materials, processing accuracy, and size tolerances are fully matched with the overall design of the machine, avoiding secondary faults caused by compatibility issues.

Installation precautions:

Clean the connection parts before replacement, remove residual sealant, oil, and impurities.

Check the condition of the cooperating valves, sealing rings, and suggest replacing aged sealing components simultaneously.

Tighten bolts according to the specified torque to avoid shell deformation due to over-tightening or leakage caused by insufficient tightening.

Regular inspection: During daily maintenance, check if there are any leakage traces on the valve housing surface, if the connecting bolts are loose, and combine pressure tests to determine its sealing performance.
