Working principle: Expansion and contraction driven: The constant temperature valve mainly operates based on the principle of thermal expansion and contraction. When the oil temperature rises to the melting point of the paraffin wax, the wax expands significantly, generating a large force that pushes the push rod, causing the valve core to move and opening the valve; when the oil temperature drops, the paraffin wax contracts due to the cold, and under the spring rebound effect, the valve core resets, closing or reducing the valve opening. Oil passage control: The expansion and contraction of the valve core is used to adjust the changes in the oil passage between the valve body and the housing, thereby controlling the proportion of lubricating oil entering the oil cooler. When the oil temperature is lower than the set value, the valve closes or the opening degree decreases, and the lubricating oil directly returns from the oil-gas tank to the main unit, achieving rapid heating; when the oil temperature is higher than the set value, the valve opens, allowing the lubricating oil to enter the cooler for cooling, and the cooled lubricating oil returns to the main unit, thereby ensuring that the rotor temperature remains within the set range.

Precise temperature control: It can precisely sense the changes in oil temperature and automatically adjust the flow rate of the lubricating oil within the preset temperature range, ensuring that the oil temperature remains at the optimal working condition. The suitable temperature range for the lubricating oil of a screw air compressor is generally between 70-85℃.

2. Equipment Protection: Excessive oil temperature can cause the lubricating oil to deteriorate, reduce the lubrication effect, increase the load on the equipment and wear of components; while too low oil temperature may cause condensate water from the compressed air to form inside the oil cylinder, thereby damaging the equipment. The constant temperature valve regulates the oil temperature to effectively prevent these problems and extend the service life of the air compressor.
