1. Connectors and fittings

Quick couplings: They are divided into male and female types, supporting quick insertion and removal without tools, suitable for scenarios where pneumatic tools need frequent replacement (such as pneumatic wrenches, spray guns). Common types include standard industrial type and high-pressure type. The materials are mostly brass or stainless steel, with excellent corrosion resistance and sealing performance.

Threaded fittings: Including internal and external threaded fittings, they are used for fixed connections between hoses and equipment (such as air storage tanks, filters). The thread specifications comply with international standards (such as G thread, NPT thread), ensuring a leak-free seal.

2. Valves and control accessories

Ball valves / Gate valves: Installed in the hose pipeline to control the on-off of compressed air. They are easy to operate and have good sealing performance when closed, suitable for scenarios where the supply of compressed air needs to be frequently started and stopped.

Safety valves: Automatically release pressure when the pipeline pressure exceeds the set value, protecting the hose and downstream equipment from overpressure damage, which is an important guarantee for system safety.

Pressure gauge connectors: Used for installing pressure gauges, facilitating real-time pressure monitoring in the hose, ensuring the system operates within the rated pressure range.

3. Fixation and protection accessories

Hose clamps / Buckles: Used for tightening the hose and connectors to prevent detachment under high pressure. The materials include stainless steel (for corrosion resistance) and galvanized steel (for general use), suitable for different diameters of hoses.

Hose protectors: Mostly in spiral or woven tube form, wrapped around the outer layer of the hose, enhancing wear resistance, impact resistance, and prolonging the hose lifespan, especially suitable for ground dragging or complex environments.

Scaffolds and hooks: Used for fixing the hose pipeline, preventing the hose from randomly shaking and causing wear or loosening of the connector, maintaining a tidy working area.

4. Other specialized accessories

Filter connectors: Connected to compressed air filters to remove moisture, oil, and impurities from the air, protecting the hose and downstream equipment.

Rotary connectors: Allow the hose to rotate within a 360° range, avoiding hose twisting and knotting, suitable for pneumatic tools requiring multi-angle operation.
