Temperature regulation

Protection function

Preventing unstable oil film due to excessive cooling (affecting lubrication effect), or mechanical failures caused by overheating (such as rotor jamming, seal failure, etc.).

Oil temperature control valve: used for screw-type air compressors, for controlling the temperature of the lubricating oil, and is the most common type (such as GA series, ZR series are more commonly used).

Air temperature control valve: in some models, used to adjust the post-treatment temperature of compressed air to ensure the quality of downstream gas supply.

Structurally, it is mostly mechanical feedback type (without external power supply), sensing temperature changes through wax temperature sensing elements or metal bellows, and achieving automatic opening and closing.
