How to choose (quickly) Specify the model: Fixed oil injection screw (GA/GX etc.) or mobile air compressor. Key points of working conditions: Ambient temperature, pressure level, whether it is hot / humid / dusty, whether it is in contact with food. Prioritize original factory oil: Highly compatible with seals, oil separation, oil filters and temperature control valves to reduce the risks of oil bubbles, carbon deposits and abnormal fuel consumption.

Installation and Maintenance Instructions Oil pipes inside the unit: Replace after shutdown, depressurization and cooling; Record the direction and connection sequence, clean the interfaces, assemble according to the specified torque; Recheck the pressure drop and leakage after operation. Gas pipelines: Avoid excessive bending / stretching and dragging on the ground; Regularly inspect the joints and wear; Perform a gas tightness test when necessary.

Replacement cycle: Typically 4000 - 8000 hours; for harsh conditions, use the lower value; follow pressure difference alarm / panel prompts
