1900520200 Atlas Copco Overall Layout and Design Features
The interface adopts a modern industrial design style, with blue as the main color, complemented by functional colors (green indicates normal, yellow indicates warning, and red indicates error). It presents clear information hierarchy and distinct operation areas. The overall layout is divided into the top navigation area, main functional area, and footer information area. A card-style design is used to enhance the modular display of information.
Maintenance and Care
Regularly replace filters: air filter, oil filter, oil-gas separator. Prevent impurities from entering the system.
Check the lubricating oil: oil level, oil quality (oxidation, emulsification). Replace the oil according to the manufacturer's recommended schedule.
Clean the cooling system: For air-cooled models, clean the radiator regularly; for water-cooled models, check the water quality and temperature.
Tighten bolts: Prevent vibration from causing bolts to loosen, which may lead to safety hazards.
Monitor operating parameters: Regularly record exhaust temperature, pressure, current, etc. Address any abnormalities promptly.
Key structural design
Air intake: Gradually expanding or tangential design, reduces flow velocity and separates large particle impurities.
Filter element installation: Vertical or horizontal installation, facilitating replacement and maintenance.
Drainage structure: Gravity drainage port or automatic drainage valve, prevents condensate water from soaking the filter element.
Sealing design: Uses nitrile rubber or fluorine rubber sealing rings, with compression ratio of 15% to 25%.
Quick disassembly structure: Snap-fit or bolt connection, simplifies maintenance procedures.
I. Working Principle
The safety valve is designed based on the principle of force balance. It mainly consists of a valve seat, a valve core, a spring, and a regulating mechanism. When the system pressure exceeds the spring's preload force, the valve core is pushed up, and the medium (compressed air) is discharged; when the pressure drops to the return seat pressure, the spring pushes the valve core back to its original position, closing the valve.
Key parameters:
Opening pressure (set pressure): The pressure at which the valve begins to open, usually 1.05 to 1.1 times the working pressure.
Emission pressure: The pressure when the valve reaches its maximum opening height, generally ≤ 1.1 times the opening pressure.
Return seat pressure: The pressure when the valve is closed, usually 10% to 15% lower than the opening pressure.
Sealing pressure: The maximum pressure at which the valve maintains sealing, generally 90% of the opening pressure.
Structural composition
Valve body: The main body that connects the oil circuit, usually having an oil inlet, a direct outlet, and an outlet for the cooler.
Thermosensitive element: The core component, which expands or contracts with temperature changes.
Spring: Cooperates with the thermosensitive element to control the opening and closing degree of the valve.
Valve core / Valve rod: The actuating mechanism, which regulates the oil flow direction according to the signal from the thermosensitive element.
