Installed at the intake port of the air compressor, it is used to filter dust, particles, impurities, etc. in the incoming air, preventing pollutants from entering the compressor interior, avoiding wear of key components such as cylinder bodies, pistons, and bearings, and reducing the burden of subsequent compression air treatment.
It usually uses high-efficiency filter paper or composite filter materials, with high filtration accuracy and dust holding capacity.
Oil filter (engine oil filter element)
Used to filter metal debris, oil sludge, carbon compounds, etc. in the engine oil of the air compressor, protecting moving parts such as bearings and gears of the main unit, preventing wear and system blockage caused by lubricant contamination, and maintaining the cleanliness and lubrication performance of the lubricant.
Oil-gas separator filter element
It is the key filter element of the screw-type air compressor, installed in the oil-gas separator tank, used to separate the lubricating oil carried in the compressed air, controlling the oil content in the discharged compressed air at an extremely low level (usually ≤ 3 ppm), and recycling the separated oil back to the oil tank for reuse.
High-precision filter materials (such as glass fibers) are used, and the separation efficiency directly affects the quality of compressed air and fuel consumption.
Precision filter element
It belongs to the filter element of the compressed air post-treatment equipment, including dust filter element, oil filter element, and water filter element, further purifying the compressed air to meet the strict requirements of different industries (such as food, medicine, electronics) for air quality (such as no oil, no dust, no water).
