Functions and Effects:
High-efficiency filtration: Using high-quality filter paper or composite filtering materials, the filtration accuracy is usually at the micrometer level, which can effectively intercept solid pollutants in the air.
Ensuring air intake volume: The reasonable structural design ensures that while achieving high-efficiency filtration, it does not overly obstruct air circulation, maintaining the intake efficiency and gas production capacity of the air compressor.
Extending equipment lifespan: Reducing the wear of the main unit by impurities, lowering the risk of failure, and indirectly extending the replacement cycle of lubricating oil and other components.
Replacement and Maintenance:
Replacement cycle: Generally, it is recommended to replace according to the dust concentration of the air compressor's operating environment, as specified in the equipment manual (usually 2000-4000 hours, or in sync with the maintenance cycle). In harsh environments, the cycle should be shortened.
Replacement reminder: The control system of some models will monitor the air filter pressure difference. When the pressure difference exceeds the set value, it will issue a replacement warning.
Installation note: During replacement, ensure a good seal to prevent unfiltered air from directly entering the main unit; at the same time, clean the residual impurities in the filter housing.
