Real-time monitoring of operating status
Real-time collection of key parameters of the compressor, such as exhaust pressure, exhaust temperature, engine speed, oil pressure, oil temperature, fuel level, battery voltage, etc., and display them intuitively on the screen, allowing operators to keep track of the equipment's operating status at any time.
Intelligent control and adjustment
According to the set working requirements (such as target pressure), automatically adjust engine speed, intake valve and other components to achieve dynamic matching of exhaust volume, avoid energy waste, and improve operating efficiency. It also supports switching between multiple operation modes (such as automatic shutdown/startup mode), adapting to different working conditions.
Fault diagnosis and protection
Built-in comprehensive fault detection algorithms. When abnormal situations such as overheating, overpressure, low oil level, filter blockage are detected, it will immediately issue audible and visual alarms, and automatically execute shutdown protection according to the severity of the fault to prevent equipment damage. It also records fault codes and occurrence time, facilitating rapid problem location by maintenance personnel.
Data recording and management
Store the operating data of the equipment (such as cumulative operating time, maintenance records, fault history, etc.), support exporting data through external devices (such as USB drives), assist in formulating equipment maintenance plans and performance analysis. Some high-end models also support remote data transmission, enabling fleet management (fleet management).
Convenient human-computer interaction
Equipped with high-definition LCD display and simple operation buttons (or touch interface), supports language switching, clear operation logic, facilitating users to set parameters, select modes and query information. Some models also have a night display mode to adapt to outdoor working environments.
