Operation status monitoring
Real-time display of key parameters: exhaust pressure, exhaust temperature, running time, motor status (loading / unloading), etc.
Indirect feedback of equipment status (normal operation, warning, fault) through indicator lights or screen icons.
Basic control logic
Supports manual / automatic operation modes: In automatic mode, loading / unloading can be automatically achieved based on pipeline pressure, maintaining the set pressure range; in manual mode, it is used for debugging or special conditions.
Pressure setting: Allows operators to adjust the target exhaust pressure within the specified range (requires permission settings).
Protection and alarm functions
Built-in fault protection mechanism: When abnormal conditions such as overheating (exhaust temperature too high), overpressure, or motor overload are detected, it automatically triggers shutdown protection and displays the corresponding fault code.
Warning signals: For non-emergency situations such as filter blockage, abnormal oil level, etc., warning signals are issued (such as yellow light flashing), reminding timely maintenance.
Maintenance management
Based on the operation time record, provides maintenance reminders (such as countdown prompts for replacing air filters, oil filters, and lubricating oil). Supports maintenance reset function, and can reset the maintenance timer after maintenance.
Simple communication function
Some models have basic external control interfaces, enabling remote start/stop (requires additional configuration).
Supports connection with simple monitoring systems, outputs key status signals (such as operation, fault dry contact signals).
Operation interface features
Display device: Mostly small LCD monochrome displays or LED digital tubes, clearly displaying pressure, temperature, etc.
Operation keys: Usually equipped with start/stop keys, mode switching keys, parameter adjustment keys, and confirmation keys. The operation logic is simple and intuitive, facilitating quick mastery by on-site personnel.
Indicators: Judging equipment status through green (operation), yellow (warning), and red (fault) color lights.
Application scenarios and advantages
Applicable models: Mainly suitable for Atlas Copco small and medium-sized air compressors (power typically in the range of 15-75kW), especially suitable for industrial scenarios with simple control function requirements (such as small factories, auto repair workshops, etc.).
