Atlas Copco Air Compressor Spare Parts Temperature Sensor 1089057446
Atlas Copco spare parts temperature sensor monitoring positions and functions:
Exhaust temperature sensor: Monitors the exhaust temperature of the compressor main unit to prevent the carbonization of lubricating oil and the aggravation of host wear due to excessively high temperatures, which is an important defense line for ensuring the safety of the core components of the compressor.
Oil temperature sensor: Installed in the oil separator or oil tank, it monitors the oil temperature to ensure that the oil performs the functions of lubrication, sealing and cooling within the appropriate temperature range.
Environmental temperature sensor: Detects the operating environment temperature of the compressor, assisting the control system in adjusting the cooling strategy (such as fan speed), to avoid the impact of high-temperature environment on equipment efficiency.
Motor temperature sensor: Some models are integrated into the motor windings or housings, monitoring the motor operating temperature to prevent overload and motor burnout.
Technical characteristics:
Type and accuracy: Mostly use Pt100 platinum resistance sensors (high accuracy, good stability) or thermocouples, with a measurement range typically covering -40℃ to 200℃, meeting the temperature monitoring requirements of various parts of the compressor.
Signal output: Mostly analog signals (such as 4-20mA or 0-10V), which can be directly connected to the compressor controller (such as MK5, Elektronikon systems), achieving real-time display of temperature data and abnormal alarm.
Environmental resistance: The sensor probe and cables have certain oil resistance, high-temperature resistance and vibration resistance capabilities, adapting to the oil-gas environment and mechanical vibration inside the compressor.
