Installation Specifications: Before installation, it is necessary to clean the oil stains, impurities, and scratches on the sealing surface to avoid uneven force on the gasket due to foreign objects; when tightening the bolts, apply force evenly to prevent the gasket from being overly deformed or damaged.

Synchronous replacement: If you need to replace the belt, it is recommended to also check the wear condition of the pulley at the same time. If necessary, replace both the new and old parts synchronously to avoid abnormal wear caused by improper fit between the new and old components.

Discharge piston: Performs reciprocating motion under the drive of air pressure or oil pressure, directly acting on the intake valve assembly to control the opening/closing state of the valve. Spring: Provides a restoring force. When the discharging signal disappears, it pushes the discharge piston back to its initial position, allowing the compressor to return to the loaded state. Sealing ring / guide ring: Ensures the sealing performance and motion stability of the piston within the cylinder, preventing medium leakage and reducing wear. Push rod or connecting rod: Connects the discharge piston with the intake valve, transmitting motion to achieve the linkage control of the valve.

Replacement and Maintenance: Gaskets are wear-prone parts. They should be checked and replaced promptly during regular maintenance of the air compressor or when leakage occurs. During the replacement process, ensure the installation surface is clean to avoid poor sealing due to impurities.
