The one-way valve has a directional characteristic. It should be installed in the same direction as the airflow indicated by the valve body arrow.

The 6mm pipe is usually a copper pipe or a PU pipe. When connecting, a corresponding specification fitting (such as a quick-insert type or a socket type) should be used.

The installation position is recommended to be close to the air outlet of the air compressor or the inlet of the air storage tank to prevent the compressed air from flowing back into the air compressor.

Function and Purpose:

It is mainly used to prevent the compressed air in the pipeline from flowing back to the air compressor when the machine is stopped, avoiding damage to the pump head due to reverse pressure, and maintaining the residual pressure in the pipeline to reduce the load during the next startup.
