1830031635 Atlas Copco Air Compressor Oil Filter Original

ATLAS COPCO Air Compressor Oil Filter Key Features and Common Parameters

Filter Accuracy: Usually 10-20 μm, capable of effectively intercepting tiny impurities in the lubricating oil circulation and preventing them from entering the friction surfaces of the main unit.

Working Environment Adaptability: Tolerant to long-term immersion in air compressor lubricating oil (mineral oil or synthetic oil), suitable for working temperatures of 80-120°C and the lubricating oil pressure within the system (generally 0.5-2 bar).

Structural Design: Composed of an outer shell (ferrous metal or engineering plastic), filter element (composite filter paper, glass fiber, etc. for efficient filtration materials), and sealing gasket. Some models come with a bypass valve to ensure lubricating oil can flow through even when the filter element is clogged, preventing damage to the main unit due to lack of lubrication.

Common Applicable Models and Model Examples

The oil filter models for different series of air compressors vary and must be strictly matched with the models:

GA Series: For example, GA7-GA37 commonly use 1621870800, 1621870801; GA45-GA75 may use 1623820800, etc.

G Series: Small G11-G15 commonly use 1622024400, medium-sized G30-G55 may be compatible with 1622024500.

ZT Series High-Pressure Compressors: Special oil filter models such as 1092001900 are suitable for the lubricating oil circuit under high-pressure conditions.

Replacement and Maintenance Tips

Replacement Cycle: Generally, it is 2000-4000 hours of operation or every 6 months (whichever comes first). In harsh environments (such as high dust and high temperature), the cycle should be shortened.

Replacement Steps:

Stop the machine and release the oil pressure in the circuit to avoid oil spraying during the filter replacement.

Remove the old oil filter, clean the installation seat surface, and check if the sealing gasket is remaining.

Apply a small amount of clean lubricating oil on the sealing gasket of the new oil filter, manually screw it until the sealing gasket contacts the installation seat, then tighten it with a tool by 1/2-3/4 turns (avoiding over-tightening and damaging the sealing gasket).

After starting the machine, check for leakage and confirm the tightness after running for 5-10 minutes.

Importance: Blockage or failure of the oil filter can lead to increased lubricating oil contamination, causing damage to the main unit, abnormal oil temperature rise, and even severe faults such as bearing sintering and rotor scratching. Therefore, it is recommended to use the original factory oil filter to ensure the filtering effect and equipment compatibility.
