Cooler body: Usually adopts an efficient finned tube structure, through forced air cooling or water cooling methods, to discharge the heat generated by the compressor during operation, maintaining the optimal working temperature of the lubricating oil and the compression system (generally controlled at 80-95℃), avoiding deterioration of oil quality, decrease in unit efficiency or damage to components due to overheating.
Companion accessories: Include seals (such as O-rings, gaskets), fixing brackets, connection pipes or joints, to ensure the precise connection of the cooler with the oil circuit system of the unit, preventing oil leakage and ensuring installation stability. Some kits may also include temperature sensors or bypass valves, for monitoring oil temperature and protecting the system in extreme cases.
Adaptation characteristics
Customized for the oil flow rate, pressure parameters and installation space of the ZA, ZR5-6 series oil-free air compressors, ensuring the matching of heat dissipation efficiency with the unit's power, avoiding the impact on equipment performance due to insufficient cooling capacity or incompatible dimensions.
Manufactured using oil-resistant and high-temperature-resistant materials (such as copper, aluminum alloy or stainless steel), adapting to the physical and chemical properties of the compressor's lubricating oil, prolonging the service life of components.
