Atlas Copco Air Filter Assembly
Function: Filters out dust, particles and other impurities in the atmosphere that enter the compressor, preventing them from entering the compression chamber and contaminating the lubricating oil and damaging the rotor.

Function: Separates oil from the compressed air, controlling the oil content in the exhaust to an extremely low level (usually ≤ 3 ppm), ensuring the quality of compressed air.
Structure: Composed of a separator core, housing, and pressure maintaining valve, etc. Achieving oil-gas separation through multiple layers of filtration and centrifugal action.
Impact: Blockage of the separator core will lead to increased pressure loss, increased energy consumption, and require regular inspection and replacement.
Fine Filter (Post-Treatment)
Function: Further purifies the compressed air, removing residual oil, moisture and fine dust, meeting the high-standard gas requirements of specific industries (such as food, medicine).
Types: Include precision filters, activated carbon filters, etc., usually installed in the downstream post-treatment system of the compressor.
